Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management, relationship building, and sales strategy development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth from major accounts
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Lead client meetings and presentations to communicate the value proposition of our client solutions
  • Analyse sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with sales management to devise sales strategies and solutions for national/major accounts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales position
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical abilities with a knack for utilising data to inform strategy and decision-making
  • A proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities for growth
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large and complex client accounts, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and account growth strategies
