Salary
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management, relationship building, and sales strategy development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth from major accounts
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Lead client meetings and presentations to communicate the value proposition of our client solutions
- Analyse sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with sales management to devise sales strategies and solutions for national/major accounts
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales position
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with a knack for utilising data to inform strategy and decision-making
- A proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities for growth
- Demonstrated experience in managing large and complex client accounts, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and account growth strategies
