Strategic Account Growth Manager

This role focuses on driving the growth and success of key clients within our Precision Diagnosis portfolios. As a Strategic Account Growth Manager, you will play a crucial part in managing and developing high-value relationships with our most important customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the healthcare industry. Experience in managing strategic or high-value accounts is highly desirable, as is a previous background in Radiology.

We are looking for someone with exceptional customer-centric skills, outstanding relationship building abilities, and proficiency in Salesforce.com and other relevant business tools. A willingness to travel across ANZ when required is also essential.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and retention of key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategize to secure their support.
  • Analyse, implement, and measure initiatives to drive growth and retention of the install base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that address client challenges and opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and act on potential growth opportunities.
