Strategic Premix Account Growth Manager

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Premix Account Growth Manager to join our dynamic commercial function. This role is focused on building a share-winning growth strategy to grow our Diageo premix portfolio with key retailers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and negotiate promotional programs to drive sales and revenue growth;
- Lead the execution of strategic initiatives, including negotiation of investment packages and execution standards with customers;
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across category, shopper marketing, and commercial teams to achieve business objectives;
- Manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the premix portfolio, ensuring accurate demand forecasting and supply chain alignment.
What We Are Looking For
- An established track record in promotions, account management, or key account management, preferably within FMCG or liquor environments;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights-driven decision-making;
- Experience in negotiating with customers, understanding their needs versus the needs of Diageo.
