We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team at Claxon. With a strong background in client service, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of client service professionals while directly managing key clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will work closely with the CEO, Digital Director, Associate Client Services Director, and Chief Growth Officer to achieve business objectives and ensure the success of our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in our agency's growth and expansion. As a member of our leadership team, you will be part of a high-performance culture that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a 4-day work week, flexible start and finish times, and an extra week of annual leave for professional development.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of client service professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Directly manage key clients to drive revenue growth and expand relationships
  • Work closely with the CEO, Digital Director, Associate Client Services Director, and Chief Growth Officer to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Maintain excellent communication and relationship management skills with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in client service, preferably in an agency environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
