We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team in Sydney's CBD. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our business by driving both new and existing client relationships.

Role Overview

This position will be responsible for developing and retaining client relationships, leveraging technical expertise in insurance products and broking to provide exceptional service and create value for clients.

  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Drive business growth by leveraging new business enquiries and referrals from existing relationships.
  • Negotiate terms with underwriters and maintain strong relationships with insurers.
  • Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with referral partners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tier 1 Broking qualifications and a Diploma of Financial Services.
  • A strong background in the insurance industry with technical product knowledge.
  • Strong networking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry with business development experience and the ability to convert referrals into business.
  • The ability to manage client relationships and a growing portfolio.
