Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Growth Manager to join our team at HSI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving business growth.
About the Role:- This position will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth, and developing strategies to drive revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account growth plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Benefits:
