Strategic Account Growth Manager

DataStax Account Executive Opportunity
As a seasoned professional, you will focus on identifying, negotiating, and closing deals to target and grow accounts for DataStax. Utilizing your deep industry knowledge, you will expand and close complex deals. You will provide account leadership and direction in both the pre- and post-sales processes in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive major brands to achieve their strategic corporate objectives by connecting those objectives to DataStax's solutions.
- Listen to clients' needs and deliver according to their expectations.
- Command the message, business value selling, and account planning.
- Demonstrate expertise in building business cases that clearly show value and differentiation at all levels of client organizations.
- In collaboration with Data Architects, develop short and long-range strategies for product expansion; assess potential applications of company products to meet customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DataStax's competitive positioning in the marketplace and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.
Your experience should include:
- Working with C-level executives to build strategic relationships.
- Building relationships with multiple stakeholders and influencing them positively.
- Evolving enterprise technology, focusing on SaaS and disruptive technologies.
- Executing pipeline generation and opportunity progression through meticulous planning and preparation.
- Cultivating trusted customer relationships and understanding opportunities within enterprises.
- Assisting customers in transforming their infrastructure into meaningful data for strategic business decisions.
- Cloud-based distributed systems expertise.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
