Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will oversee planning, administration, and review of customer services, ensuring top-notch customer relations. This includes:
- Collaborating with the sales team to drive growth in battery solutions for off-grid power
- Managing customer orders, ensuring timely follow-up and effective processing
- Engaging with customers daily via phone, email, and in-person visits to process requests effectively
- Building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with customers, establishing trust and reliability
- Overseeing customer interactions, providing after-sales support, addressing complaints, and developing service policies

Requirements:
The successful applicant will have:
- A bachelor's degree in business with advanced knowledge in Project Management
- At least 2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, specifically in customer service and post-sales support
- Strong understanding of on-grid and off-grid solar systems, and energy storage solutions in Australia and South American markets
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and support the team in achieving KPIs
