Key Responsibilities:- Provide superior customer service, prioritising the customer experience at all times.
- Engage with customer enquiries via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online interactions.
- Build rapport with customers and stakeholders, ensuring a personalised service that meets their needs.
- Assist existing customers throughout their building journey, providing guidance and support where needed.
- Ensure best practice customer experience initiatives are implemented, aligned with company policies and values.
- Utilise CRM systems to capture leads, schedule tasks, and send communications, as well as day-to-day operational duties.
- A minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving personal and team KPI targets.
- A commitment to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement, with a passion for contributing ideas that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
- Excellent organisational awareness, with the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
- A competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
