">About the Role
">We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in customer service management to oversee our customer service operations. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Lead and mentor a team of 15 customer service representatives across 7 departments to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of customer issues.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to maximize team efficiency and individual development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer complaints.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans to drive business growth.
- Report monthly to the global leadership team on customer service performance and key metrics.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A minimum of 5 years of customer service management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex orders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to confidently report to global leaders.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to switch tasks at short notice.
- Ability to identify improvements and work through to implementation.
- Strong numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and business targets.
What We Offer
