Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling and Transactions: Accurately process cash transactions, handle deposits, and manage withdrawals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to queries, resolving issues, and providing information on banking products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve branch goals, support team members, and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Adaptability and Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures, technologies, and processes.
Requirements
  • Numerical Skills: Proficiency in handling cash and accurately completing financial transactions.
  • Customer Service Experience: Ideally, experience in a customer-facing role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Personality and Resilience: An energetic personality, passion for helping others, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
