Customer Service Trainee Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Trainee to join our team, providing everyday excellence in every interaction with customers. You will gain experience with customer-centric teams who are passionate about delivering safe and reliable power.
The successful candidate will learn how to interact with customers, maintain attention to detail, and utilise technology to achieve exceptional results. They will have access to structured training from our Customer Service team, external training providers, and on-the-job experience.
In Port Macquarie, you will work outdoors while gaining a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business. This role offers an opportunity to make positive contributions to your local community.
We offer competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience (approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per annum) and 16% superannuation. Additional benefits include Fitness Passport, Apple, JB Hi-Fi, and Dell Employee Purchase Programs, as well as 26 weeks paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers.
This is a pivotal role in delivering the energy of the future to the people who need it today. To be eligible to apply, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent resident status.
