Customer Service Leadership Role

As a Customer Care Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and oversee the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. This role is an excellent chance for a dynamic professional to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the customer service team to ensure efficient delivery of warranty, internal sales, and technical advice to customers.
- Providing day-to-day oversight of order entry and warranty administration
- Project management to ensure positive delivery of project outcomes
- Engaging and developing your staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
You will thrive in this role if you enjoy leading by example and bringing teams together. You are hands-on, independent, and take pride in your down-to-earth approach.
Experience in the plumbing industry will be well-regarded, however, we welcome applicants from service teams in other appliance industries such as HVAC, electrical, and automotive.
Requirements- Experience in a phone-based service or branch environment where you have assisted customers with break downs and warranty questions.
- Front-line supervision and leadership experience.
- Strong administration and reporting skills.
- Ability to maximize incoming sales opportunities.
- Good computer skills (experience with SAP and CRM systems is beneficial but not essential).
