We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Associate to join our Customer Engagement Centre team.

About the Role

This is a hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of remote and on-site work. The successful candidate will be required to perform national police checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Assist existing customers throughout their building journey, ensuring seamless interactions and timely resolutions.
  • Demonstrate a superior understanding of the building industry and customer journey, leveraging this knowledge to deliver personalized experiences.
  • BUILD SUSTAINABLE RELATIONSHIPS OF TRUST WITH CUSTOMERS AND STAKEHOLDERS THROUGH OPEN AND INTERACTIVE COMMUNICATION.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other tools to capture leads, schedule tasks, send communications, and manage day-to-day operational duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and collaborate effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritizing workload and managing time efficiently.
  • Organizational awareness, with a focus on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different customers and enquiry types, actively listening with a high attention to detail.
