About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and drive exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and implement customer service policies, programs, and procedures to meet customer expectations and quality standards.
- Oversight of day-to-day sales operations to enhance response times and operational efficiency.
- Provide direction, feedback, and support to team members, including recruiting and onboarding new customer service staff.
- Lead and develop customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service and maintain high morale within the team.
- Design strategies for after-sales support to monitor customer satisfaction, assess product performance, and drive continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in retail or e-commerce environments.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing customer service team with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
