About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and drive exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement customer service policies, programs, and procedures to meet customer expectations and quality standards.
  • Oversight of day-to-day sales operations to enhance response times and operational efficiency.
  • Provide direction, feedback, and support to team members, including recruiting and onboarding new customer service staff.
  • Lead and develop customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service and maintain high morale within the team.
  • Design strategies for after-sales support to monitor customer satisfaction, assess product performance, and drive continuous service improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in retail or e-commerce environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing customer service team with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
