Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the customer service team to ensure efficient delivery of warranty, internal sales, and technical advice to customers.
  • Providing day-to-day oversight of order entry and warranty administration.
  • Project management to ensure positive delivery of project outcomes.
  • Engaging and developing your staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

About You

You will thrive here if you enjoy leading by example, bringing teams together, and taking pride in your down-to-earth approach. Experience in the plumbing industry is well regarded, but we welcome applicants from other appliance industries such as HVAC, electrical, and automotive.

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Experience in a phone-based service or branch environment where you have assisted customers with break-downs and warranty questions.
  • Front-line supervision and leadership experience.
  • Strong administration and reporting skills.
  • Ability to maximise incoming sales opportunities.
  • Good computer skills, with experience with SAP and CRM systems an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of AU$95,000 - AU$110,000, depending on experience. We also provide engaging tasks, meaningful work, security, good prospects, support, and trust. Individuality is protected, and personal growth is encouraged.
