Commercial Operations Specialist: Navigating Business Partnerships

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA. This role is a key part of our business partnership strategy, focusing on developing and executing commercial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing and Costing: Develop and implement pricing models to ensure maximum benefit and minimum risk for our organization.
- Deal Structuring: Analyze deal profitability and provide recommendations for optimizing revenue and reducing costs.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless integration into client proposals.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract penalties, termination, and liability.
- Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis to inform commercial decisions and optimize cash flow.
- Communication: Present key findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration or Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced Experience: 5+ years working in commercial operations, preferably within a global IT services organization.
- Skillset: Expert negotiation skills, solid business acumen, analytical mindset, excellent communication and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
