Job Description:

At Discova, we're looking for a skilled Senior Travel Industry Partnership Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our partnership development team, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and building strong relationships with our partner organizations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain productive professional relationships with key team members within our partner organizations, serving as the main point of contact and overseeing all levels of the partnership to ensure high service standards and alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct client meetings with a clear agenda and vision for the partnership's future, ensuring alignment with client goals and presenting proposals effectively.
  • Create and manage a clear timeline for partnership growth and renegotiate agreements as necessary, monitoring account performance through key metrics and reporting regularly on progress against commercial targets.
  • Collaborate with Flight Centre teams to develop joint marketing campaigns and promote products and services, maintaining accurate records of opportunities and account information using best practices and systems such as Salesforce.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or account management within the travel/hospitality industry, with in-depth experience in the Asia market preferred.
  • Proven track record of account growth and customer retention, outstanding sales skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to interact with diverse audiences, and knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Capable of working under pressure, managing multiple tasks, and working outside office hours if required, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collective results.
  • Will to travel for business domestically and internationally.
