AFL Australia is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Specialist to manage the AFL's relationship with designated key corporate partners. The role will work pro-actively with multiple AFL departments and relevant stakeholders in identifying leverage opportunities to enhance existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the AFL's contractual responsibilities to key sponsors, driving commercial objectives, joint marketing programs, and delivering mutually beneficial outcomes to partners and the AFL.
  • Establish yearly objectives of each partnership, key KPIs, and provide ongoing reporting/tracking against objectives.
  • Continually monitor and review partner contractual benefits, pushing ideas to partners to effectively utilise and deliver against set objectives.
  • Work in partnership with AFL Digital and Sales divisions to deliver strategic leverage and integration opportunities consistent with partner plans and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years' experience in sales/marketing/sponsorship management/digital/media/agency, competence in budget management, understanding of strategic marketing processes, and experience in analysing market information and developing reports.

A competitive salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of the position in driving revenue growth and enhancing partnerships.
