About the Role

A new General Manager – Commercial & Partnerships role has been created to lead revenue generation from corporate donations, partnerships, high net worth individuals, government, and social enterprise.

The appointee will develop and implement a growth strategy that achieves profitable revenue growth and diversification, leveraging existing relationships and creating new ones.

This is an exciting opportunity for an established senior sales or corporate partnerships leader to drive business growth and execute change in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new revenue generation from corporate donations, partnerships, and high net worth individuals
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy to achieve profitable revenue growth and diversification
  • Leverage existing relationships and create new ones to drive business growth
  • Support the business with insight, analysis, and cost control to drive performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive experience creating and winning new business in either the not-for-profit or commercial sectors
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • An understanding of financial and commercial principles
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to articulate ideas, frame challenges, and offer solutions

About You

You are a motivated self-starter with good networks and demonstrated revenue generation experience. Your passion for making an impact in Australian health outcomes will drive your success in this role.

Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
