Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at BOQ Specialist in Melbourne. This role involves managing an existing portfolio of diversified customers, focusing on customer retention and growth through new business generation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting commercial product offerings to core clients, identifying financial objectives and developing tailored solutions
- Maintaining individual margin and volume targets, as well as performance objectives with a strong focus on customer retention
- Collaborating with clients' accountants to understand financial objectives and implement plans to achieve them
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in commercial lending and managing a busy portfolio of diversified customers
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and relationship management
- Experience in business development and networking
- Tertiary qualifications (desirable)
