Transforming Transportation Safety

We are seeking a visionary Chief Commercial Officer to lead our fundraising efforts and guide the business through Seed funding and Series A funding rounds.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of autonomous technology across multiple industries and drive the financial growth of a groundbreaking startup on a rapid pathway to global scale.

The Role:

  • Spearhead fundraising efforts, with a primary focus on securing Seed funding and subsequently Series A funding.
  • Establish a robust sales pipeline targeting key sectors including mining, agriculture, commercial delivery, terrestrial and aerial drones, and mass consumer autonomous vehicles.
  • Align product development with market demands, ensuring our system performance meets the technical specifications required by target industries.
  • Leverage existing discussions with leading global navigation system players to secure and oversee the implementation of 1-3 pilot programs, demonstrating the effectiveness and reliability of our gyroscope technology in real-world applications.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential investors and venture capital firms.
  • Prepare and present compelling investor pitches and manage data rooms.
  • Guide the company's financial strategy and growth plans.

The Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience commercializing ADAS sensors, inertial navigation, or gyroscopes: candidates demonstrating this experience will be viewed favorably
  • Proven track record in successful fundraising, particularly in Seed and Series A rounds.
  • Strong network within the venture capital and investor community.
  • Experience in autonomous technologies, preferably across multiple sectors such as mining, agriculture, or drone technology.
  • Background in venture capital, founder experience, or similar role.
  • Excellent financial acumen and strategic planning skills.
  • Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about cutting-edge technology and its potential to transform industries.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities across various sectors.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with global impact potential.

What We Offer:

$250,000 - $400,000 per annum, plus superannuation, bonuses, and stock options. Our salary range reflects the complexities and risks involved in navigating the autonomous vehicle navigation market.
