Bunnings Sales Territory Development Manager

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead our Bunnings sales efforts in the Mount Waverley region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing our business relationships with Bunnings stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets and company KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Bunnings store decision-makers
- Present new product launches and quarterly brand plans to relevant Bunnings personnel
- Maintain high merchandising standards and engage with consumers to drive sales growth
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and Bunnings store performance within your territory
- Minimum 2 years retail/sales experience
- Demonstrated experience in business development and relationship-building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate-advanced level understanding of Salesforce/Sales Cloud and/or ERP systems
- A competitive salary ($90,000 - $110,000 per annum)
