About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead our Bunnings sales efforts in the Mount Waverley region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing our business relationships with Bunnings stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets and company KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Bunnings store decision-makers
  • Present new product launches and quarterly brand plans to relevant Bunnings personnel
  • Maintain high merchandising standards and engage with consumers to drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and Bunnings store performance within your territory
About You:
  • Minimum 2 years retail/sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and relationship-building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate-advanced level understanding of Salesforce/Sales Cloud and/or ERP systems
