Key Account Manager

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team at AU008 Marsh Advantage Insurance Pty Ltd in Melbourne, Australia.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing a fleet-centric portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively while collaborating with a dedicated team.
Responsibilities- Oversee and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Assist the principal in strategic planning and execution of client-related activities, providing insights and support as needed.
- Respond promptly to inquiries for new business, preparing proposals and presentations to secure new clients.
- Assist in the renewal process and provide data governance, including administering compliance controls and training.
- Conduct client file audits to meet both insurer and internal governance controls.
- Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of premiums and managing any outstanding debts.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Qualified or Diploma of Insurance Broking.
- 2 – 3 Years Insurance Broking Experience at the minimal.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- A competitive salary of around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
