Main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for existing customers

  • Collaborating with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product development

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field
  • A proven track record of managing and growing large customer accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business-driven conversations
