Senior Enterprise Account Manager

This role is a key part of Darktrace's growth in AU, where the Senior Enterprise Account Manager will oversee high-value customer relationships and ensure seamless support.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts
- Building strong partnerships with customers to drive business outcomes
- Providing exceptional support throughout the customer journey
Main tasks and responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for existing customers
- Developing strategic plans to drive customer adoption and success
- Maintaining customer health and proactively addressing potential challenges
- Collaborating with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product development
Required skills and qualifications include:
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field
- A proven track record of managing and growing large customer accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business-driven conversations
