In addition to customer service, the successful candidate will also be responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining records, and performing ad-hoc administration duties as required. A strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Handle queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
- Manage and order office supplies, including stationery, equipment, and furniture
