We have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team at Stockland Baldivis Shopping Centre, supporting in all financial based activity.
As our Administration Assistant no two days will ever look the same and you will need to think on your feet as you support all activities within this friendly centre. In this role you will interact with a wide variety of individuals, where you will show case your excellent customer service and communication skills. Furthermore, you will gain unique exposure across the retail environment in centre administration and operations.
**The Opportunity - About the Role**
As part of the Centre Team, supporting the Administration Manager, you’ll manage all the accounts side of the centre, including processing and reconciling invoices, consolidating debt and other key accounts payable functions, in addition:
- Assist with the monthly billing and debtor collection process for the asset
- Raise purchase orders, liaise with centre management team and supplier to ensure all the invoices are paid on time and comply with Stockland guidelines
- Preparing leasing licenses and documentation
- Provide day to day administrative support for the centre management team
- Assist in managing the public liability incident (PLI) process for asset within the centre
- Collect monthly sales and annual audited sales from tenants within the asset
- Assess incoming enquiries and correspondence, determine priorities, and undertake other action or refer as necessary
**About You**
As well as your inter-personal and communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service:
- You will be a high performing administration professional with previous experience in a similar role
- You will have high attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work, with the ability to multi-task
- Sound knowledge of and experience with computer-based systems such as Microsoft Office
- Experience within accounts payable/receivable and use of SAP would be advantageous
- Able to work confidently both as part of a team and autonomously
- You’ll bring with you your excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail
