Administrative Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files for smooth operations.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Coordinate meetings, including setting up video/conference calls and organizing meeting logistics.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to recruitment and staff onboarding.
- Liaise with different departments to support logistics, administrative, and recruitment needs.
- Provide general administrative support to enhance office workflow.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role with significant recruitment responsibilities.
- Proven experience in recruiting for labor hire, especially for mine sites.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
