- Answering phones within 3 rings
- Assisting in payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable as required
- Maintain Amalgam Recruitment paperwork
- Stationery ordering (as approved by the Managing Director)
- Business Card ordering (as approved by the Managing Director)
- Assist in the coordination of client entertainment activities
- Assist in the maintenance of social media tools
- Assist Senior Recruitment Consultants with business development activity e.g. preparation of proposals

**Database Maintenance**
- Ensure duplicates do not exist
- Post ads to on-line job boards and take ad response

**Administrative Consultant Duties**
- Reference checking
- Take jobs orders from clients on phone and pass to consultants
- Resume preparation
- Lead generation through reference checking
- Take rings-ins and record availability on database
