">Job Summary: mecwacare seeks an experienced Reception - Administration Officer to provide general administration support, including rostering staff, while acting as the first point of contact for clients, residents and staff. This role will support the Facility Manager in a range of administrative and specific projects and will coordinate the on-site admission process for new residents.

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Facility Manager and other team members">
- Roster staff and coordinate the on-site admission process for new residents">
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, residents and staff">
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters">
- Perform other related tasks as required">
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
">- ">
- A demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment">
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills">
- Demonstrated previous reception and administrative experience, preferably in the Aged Care Sector and/or Residential Services setting">
- Demonstrated experience in Rostering">
- Attention to detail, well-developed prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines">
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as fast and accurate typing">
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence">
Desirable Qualifications: Previous experience working in, or an understanding of, and sensitivity to, the issues relating to services for older people would be highly regarded. Knowledge and understanding of Aged Care funding and legislation would also be an advantage.
