We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our clients at Gatehouse Legal Recruitment. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service to all clients
  • Co-ordinate administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate or professional reception role (law students will not be considered)
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
