Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Ambassador to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring seamless hotel operations.
About the Role
- Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Job Description: As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for checking-in, handling queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Required Skills and Qualifications: Relevant hospitality experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
