**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in Woodend. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable accounting firm that values its employees.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask effectively. They will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, answering incoming calls, and providing administrative support to the Director.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and take messages as needed
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Prepare and maintain confidential documents and records

**Requirements**

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in administration, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
