We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Gatehouse Legal Recruitment in Williamstown.

Company OverviewGatehouse Legal Recruitment is a long-established law firm with a strong reputation for providing exceptional legal services. We practice in a broad range of areas, including Commercial Law, Family Law, Property Law & Conveyancing, Wills, Estates Succession Planning, Estate Litigation and Litigation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional front-of-house service to clients, colleagues and visitors.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Receptionist or Front Desk Coordinator in a law firm.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience using LEAP software would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
