Reception and Front Desk Coordinator

About the Role
EML is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to fill the Reception and Front Desk Coordinator role in our Melbourne CBD office.
As the first point of contact for visitors and new starters, you will be the face of our company and play a vital role in making a positive impact on someone's life every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Present the first impression of the company by greeting visitors and directing them to the correct team member and/or department.
- Answer all incoming calls and ensure connection to the correct department.
- Manage the reception area and all meeting rooms.
- Receive and direct incoming deliveries.
- Respond to requests from employees regarding facilities issues.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, internal clients, and the management team.
About You
- Full Australian working rights without restrictions.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced business environment in an administration or reception role.
- Ability to take initiative, be innovative, and solve problems with attention to accuracy, spelling, and grammar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn quickly and use advanced time management to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
