Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Success Consultant to join our team at our Wanda Platinum club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth by performing outreach activities, generating and converting leads, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Proactively contribute to club sales budget using sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
- Create great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions.
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
- Open and close the club as per the club roster.
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a drive to succeed. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about empowering others to achieve their fitness goals.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000-$65,000, plus superannuation, and a complimentary Platinum Fitness First membership. You will also have access to our industry-leading learning and development content, including online courses and career opportunities within our group.
