About the Role

We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our In-Home Sales Team on a part-time basis servicing their local store and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, record, and configure specifications accurately and efficiently.
  • Expertly match our products and services to clients' needs.
  • Successfully close appointments by demonstrating our unique Value Proposition, and by building trust and credibility.
  • Provide high-level client service and follow up in a friendly, professional, and timely manner for both internal and external clients.
  • Driving sales, KPIs, and building strong client relationships/communication.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Availability to work part-time across a rotating roster including 1 late night and 1 Saturday.
  • High proficiency using a PC/Tablet and Microsoft Windows-based programs.
  • Drive within canvassing areas and accommodate to meet the needs of clients outside of assigned areas.
  • 2-5 years relationship selling experience.
  • Consultative and in-home selling businesses is advantageous.
  • Retail environment - ideally Home Decor/Furnishings.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work autonomously in a Multi-site environment.
