Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Success Strategist to manage the end-to-end sales process, from inbound lead to close, through a consultative sales approach. This role will own the full sales cycle for both Enterprise and Mid-Market prospects, helping customers navigate complex sales cycles and managing relationships with procurement, IT, and legal to close new business.

This is an exceptional opportunity to develop an intimate knowledge of how Dovetail works, what Dovetail is capable of, and an understanding of the market so that you can effectively help our prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to create and deliver tailored demonstrations of Dovetail for various audiences
  • Become a Dovetail expert and develop exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Foster amazing relationships with prospects, ensuring a delightful and positive experience throughout the sales cycle
  • Work collaboratively with customer success during the sales process to set up prospects for success as they adopt Dovetail
  • Contribute to the overall growth of our global Enterprise business and pioneer new practices to improve sales efficiency

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus equity for everyone. We prioritize work-life balance, offering flexible schedules, and a modern, pet-friendly office space in Surry Hills.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a consultative sales role for a SaaS business
  • Experience outperforming in a high-growth sales environment
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey thoughts, opinions, and feelings effectively
  • The right attitude towards a sense of urgency, risk, and ambiguity, naturally coming with working at an early-stage startup
