Customer Success Leadership Opportunity

At REA Group, we're looking for a talented leader to join our Customer Success team as a Manager. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis is a permanent opportunity based in Sydney, NSW. As a Manager, Customer Success, you will lead a team of Customer Success Consultants and be responsible for their performance, ensuring all targets and OKRs are achieved.
- You will build REA's Customer Success capability and ensure its effective integration and alignment at REA to deliver seamless customer and employee experiences.
- You will deliver REA's long-term Customer Success strategy to drive adoption, retention, and advocacy.
- You will work alongside key stakeholders in Sales, Product, and Marketing to define business customer needs and success measures.
We're looking for someone with leadership experience in a Customer Success or Account management environment who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong track record (5+ years) for improving adoption and retention in a fast-paced and change-intensive environment.
- Commercially minded with a focus on delivering value to customers and driving business growth.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and negotiation abilities.
- A systems thinker who can work across the organisational system to deliver optimal customer experiences and outcomes.
