Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for customer success? We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at REA Group.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Customer Success Consultants, responsible for driving platform adoption and usage by REA customers. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to deliver seamless customer and employee experiences.

  • You will be responsible for building REA's Customer Success capability, ensuring its effective integration and alignment at REA.
  • Deliver REA's long-term Customer Success strategy to drive adoption, retention, and advocacy.
  • Work alongside key stakeholders in Sales, Product, and Marketing to define business customer needs and success measures.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and coach a specialist team to understand customer needs and behaviours.
  • Proactively support customers to adopt and gain the full benefit of REA SaaS products and services.
  • Draw on the team's intimate customer knowledge to surface opportunities to solve customer problems.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has leadership experience in a Customer Success or Account Management environment.
  • Is commercially minded with a track record of improving adoption and retention.
  • Can capture the hearts and minds of their team, inspiring them to perform and grow.

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role.
  • A proven ability to work across organisational systems to deliver optimal customer experiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and negotiation abilities.

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
