About the Role

At REA Group, we're on a mission to shape the future of real estate. As a Customer Success Director NSW, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our Customer Success strategy across Sydney and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, with a strong background in Customer Success or Account Management. You'll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, ensuring seamless customer experiences and delivering exceptional results.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Customer Success Consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive adoption, retention, and advocacy
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in Sales, Product, and Marketing to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen, driving revenue growth and minimizing churn
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, empowering them to achieve their goals
  • Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, managing competing demands and deadlines

About You

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Able to think critically, solving complex problems and making informed decisions
  • Strategic thinker, with a ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
