About the Role:

As a Customer Success Manager at PayPal, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, satisfaction, and retention for our valued merchants. With your exceptional business acumen and relationship-building skills, you will engage effectively with clients across all organizational levels, including the C-Suite. Your ability to leverage data-driven insights and foster meaningful connections with our diverse client base is crucial for success in this role.

About the Team:

Our Customer Success team is a high-performing, agile, and strong partner to the Enterprise Sales and SMB segments. We value teamwork, new ideas, commitment, and an enjoyable workplace. As an integral part of the team, you will take charge of all operational aspects of the merchant processing relationship and serve as the primary contact for PayPal product information and critical operational issues.

Your Responsibilities:

Grow: Utilize a consulting approach to identify opportunities where PayPal can contribute to the growth and competitiveness of our SMB and LE merchant businesses. Your insights and strategic thinking will be crucial in guiding them toward enhanced success.
Satisfaction: Deliver a world-class customer experience on both business-focused and operational fronts. Your day involves ensuring our merchants are not only satisfied with our services but also receiving the support and guidance needed for seamless operations.
Retain: Take ownership of situations affecting your customers and follow any issues through to completion. Build solid and lasting relationships by proactively and consistently demonstrating the value of PayPal's offerings. Your efforts contribute to the retention of our valued merchants, fostering loyalty and sustained partnerships.

About You:

We are seeking an individual with 2-3 years' experience within a customer success and client relationship management environment. Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills are required. Self-motivation, a target-driven independent work style, and the ability to balance operational workload with strategic execution are essential. Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work well in a matrixed environment are also necessary.
