Job Description:

This Key Account Growth Manager position drives business sales and growth through strategic networking, market research, and project oversight. The successful candidate will concentrate on developing relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients within the NSW Construction Industry.

  • Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue by growing existing client accounts and acquiring new ones.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS EXCEEDING THEIR EXPECTATIONS.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities quarterly to identify opportunities to enhance market share.
  • Develop and execute strategies to showcase product offerings to current and potential customers.
  • LEAD TENDER SUBMISSION EFFORTS IN LINE WITH PRODUCT AND SERVICE SUITE.
  • PARTNER WITH THE EXECUTIVE TEAM AND LOCAL SALES TEAMS TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR COLLABORATION WITH EXTERNAL SUPPLIERS.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels within the Construction industry.
  • A strong understanding of technical solutions in precast concrete and floor structures, combined with a network amongst Tier 1 & 2 Commercial Builders would be highly regarded.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a well-planned and organized manner.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to DOMINATE THE MARKET THROUGH EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDING AND SERVICE.
  • Experience using Microsoft software, including MS Dynamics, MS Office suite, BCI or Corelogic or Estimate One.


Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
