About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Strategic Account Services division, driving growth and excellence in Seller experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development and Launch: Lead the strategic transition of the Strategic Account Services program from pilot to full-scale public launch, developing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Directly recruit, manage, and mentor a team of Marketplace Consultants, Team Leads, and Program Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement, building and implementing Learning & Development programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Define and drive the long-term vision and strategy for the Strategic Account Services division, setting goals and KPIs for the team and program, regularly reviewing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Seller Relationship Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for key strategic accounts, ensuring delivery of high-quality, value-added services to Sellers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Revenue Growth and Business Development: Drive revenue growth through expansion of existing accounts and acquisition of new clients, developing and maintaining strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings, collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to create compelling value propositions.
  • Financial Management: Manage budget and resources effectively, forecasting revenue and expenses accurately, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain robust reporting systems to track program performance, analyzing data to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling programs or services.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing senior-level direct reports.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
