Strategic Account Development Manager

About this opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Development Manager to join our team at Philips. This role will focus on managing and growing high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing long-term value.
Your key responsibilities:
- Assist the existing account management team in strengthening relationships with key stakeholders through direct coaching and driving educational activities.
- Build and manage business plans for targeted growth opportunities, including proactive communication and addressing areas of concern.
- Develop and maintain relationship maps of key decision-makers and strategize to secure their support.
- Lead measurement of execution success for selected 'must win' opportunities, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external customers as needed.
- Contribute to the development and execution of Strategic Account Plans, working closely with the Head of Strategic Accounts.
- Analyse, implement, and measure initiatives to drive growth and retention of the install base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that address client challenges and opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and act on potential growth opportunities.
- Use Philips tools to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions, developing compelling value propositions.
- Collaborate with marketing to qualify opportunities and validate account strategies, and leverage internal Account Based Selling opportunities.
- Work with state-based teams to support their ability to address and resolve client issues in a timely manner to ensure a positive client experience.
- Coordinate efforts across business functions to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Assist with national customer proposals, tenders, and maintenance of strategic account pricing.
- Drive strategies to build value through demonstrations, trials, and showcase sites.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Building a strong internal network to support customer value delivery and present a coordinated Philips approach.
You're the right fit if:
- You have proven experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment within Healthcare specialising in Capital Equipment.
- You have experience managing strategic or high-value accounts, ideally with a previous experience within Radiology.
- You possess a superior customer-centric approach/skills with outstanding relationship building and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You have exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- You understand account management principles, client relationship management, and relevant industry practices.
- You are proficient in Salesforce.com and other relevant business tools.
- You are willing to travel across ANZ when required.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
