Job Description

This 12-month maternity leave position offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth while respecting the image of the adidas Group brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including Key Account Partners.
  • Driving sales and margins to budget expectations through effective sell-in and sell-out strategies.
  • Providing exceptional customer focus and management.
  • Accurate sales forecasting on a weekly/monthly and annual basis.
  • Developing and delivering operational business plans.
  • Ensuring alignment of brand and product initiatives with customer and consumer needs.
  • Driving customer performance management processes to achieve mutual and sustainable growth.

Functional Tasks:

  • Representing assigned accounts internally as an ambassador towards all functions and vice versa, managing interfaces.
