About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Growth Manager to join our Developer Sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Account Partners to optimize campaigns and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work proactively with Sales Managers and Account Partners to enhance campaign performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide regular subscription reporting and end-of-campaign analysis to support ROI discussions.
  • Collaborate with Digital Campaign Managers to ensure campaigns are optimized and meet clients' expectations.
  • Attend client visits to learn the sales process and build strong relationships.
  • Support Account Partners with high-level client conversations, contract preparation, and sales collateral development.
  • Highlight additional revenue opportunities and work closely with teams to capitalize on them.
  • Maintain existing smaller clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role supporting a busy sales team, preferably in a media or marketing environment.
  • Tertiary education in Marketing, Communications, or Business is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A solutions-focused approach to tackling challenging situations.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
