Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Growth Manager to join our Customer Success team in the APAC region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring our partner restaurants achieve their full potential on our platform.
About the Role
In this critical role, you will work closely with our partners to understand their needs, provide exceptional support, and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth. Your goal will be to become a trusted advisor, helping our partners maximize their return on investment and reach optimum value from our platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute customized growth strategies for assigned partner restaurants, focusing on identifying opportunities to increase revenue and customer engagement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans, including sales, marketing, and product development.
* Provide proactive support to resolve issues, address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies as needed.
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through partnerships, expansions, or other strategic initiatives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* 1-2 years of experience in B2B customer success, account management, or a related field.
* Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue through strategic planning and execution.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
