About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Manager to join our Retail Capability team at Bank of Queensland. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of our retail brands and support their growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD, EMBED, EXECUTE, AND CONTINUALLY REFINE LEARNING EXPERIENCES that align with the Retail Capability Framework, including creating and delivering onboarding programs, upskill initiatives, performance support tools, and role transition programs.
- LEAD A SMALL TEAM OF CAPABILITY SPECIALISTS, guiding and mentoring them to ensure the effective implementation of these learning experiences, facilitating workshops, training sessions, and other learning activities to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- CLOSELY COLLABORATE WITH THE LEARNING DESIGN TEAM to develop learning content, including instructor-led training, facilitation guides, leader-led training, user guides, SOPs, playbooks, infographics, SupportPoint pages, and e-learning modules.
- CONSULT WITH SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS ACROSS THE BANK to address small to medium change requests, determining the most appropriate learning interventions.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have strong information and communication design skills that facilitate effective knowledge transfer and understanding. Your experience in learning and development will be crucial, enabling you to create impactful training programs and resources.
