About the Role

Our BOQ Group is seeking a highly skilled Key Performance and Learning Specialist to join our dynamic Capability team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, customer experience, business performance, and risk/regulatory adherence across our Retail Brands.

The ideal candidate will possess strong information and communication design skills, enabling effective knowledge transfer and understanding. With extensive experience in learning and development, they will create impactful training programs and resources that drive engagement and growth.

A key responsibility of this role will be to lead a small team of capability specialists, guiding and mentoring them to ensure the effective implementation of learning experiences. The Specialist will also consult with subject matter experts across the bank to address change requests, determining the most appropriate learning interventions.
